WHY HOSPITALS CALL US
Three reasons your equipment stays where it belongs.
CAPITAL
Service it instead of replacing it.
Legacy equipment that still performs does not need to become a capital request. We specialize in keeping older perfusion devices in service so hospitals hold onto working equipment and keep it off the budget.
COVERAGE
One provider for every device on the floor.
LivaNova, Terumo, Medtronic, Getinge, Teleflex, CardioQuip, Century, Fresenius, Cincinnati Sub-Zero. Brand-agnostic means one call, one schedule and one set of records instead of five separate contracts.
CONFIDENCE
Maintenance you can hand to a surveyor.
Work performed under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system, with documentation for every visit. Fifteen years on perfusion equipment specifically, backed by forty years of customer service.

THE COST OF A MACHINE OUT OF SERVICE
A pump down is never just a pump down.
When a heart-lung machine comes out of rotation, the device is not the thing that suffers. The schedule does. Cases get shuffled, your perfusionists work around a hole in the inventory, and the pressure to solve it lands on whoever is holding the phone.
Then the quotes start coming in. Service contracts on perfusion equipment climb year after year, and they climb on machines that are still perfectly capable of doing the job. Sooner or later someone starts drafting a capital request for a replacement nobody planned for.
We think that is a bad trade, and we have built a business on the other side of it. Hospitals working with us slash capital expenses by hundreds of thousands of dollars per year while keeping critical equipment compliant and performing at peak. Preventative maintenance from someone who knows the platform keeps capable equipment capable. That is the entire idea.

HOW IT WORKS
Three steps from first call to documented service.
STEP 01
Send your equipment list.
Manufacturer, model and serial for anything you want covered. If a spreadsheet is easier, send the spreadsheet. If a phone call is easier, call and read it off.
STEP 02
We build the maintenance schedule.
Service intervals set around your equipment and your case calendar, with the scope and pricing in writing before anything is booked.
STEP 03
We show up and document it.
On site, on schedule, with service records for your files when we leave. Your equipment goes back in rotation.
MANUFACTURERS COVERED
If it runs in your perfusion suite, we probably service it.
